We started our week 2 of homeschooling in isolation with some new vocabulary, written in floral style by Mali. To make it fun, she also made up some silly sentences to use as many new words as possible 🤣
We then continue on with our pre-reading and hand writing.

played some fun mental math game...Mali was very competitive and learnt to add up to 3 cards within 30 sec 🤣
For Health this week, we did some simple experiment to save an apple from going brown....and introduce the idea of why it's important to eat different type of fruits and veggies.
For Science, we continue to learn about our wonderful Earth and different types of Tectonic Plates

This week we continue our Chapter 2 & 3 reading of Charlotte's web. Mali and I really enjoy this book so far. We loved that we haven't seen the movie yet so each chapter we read together is a surprise!
For our weekly reading comprehension, we decided to download some interesting short article from Literacy Planet.

That's it for this week. We are going watch one of our old time favorite movie Oddball together this afternoon to end of learning week.
